Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our Vienna office. You will be responsible for driving the sales of our high-value consulting services and SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-confident, and focused individual who can build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by targeting companies undergoing digital transformation.
  • Manage the complete, complex sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and business challenges to effectively position FULCRUM’s portfolio of services (Operational Excellence, Cloud Solutions).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with our SAP and operational excellence consultants to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Represent FULCRUM at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in a professional and focused manner.

What We Are Looking For

  • You are:
    • Experienced in B2B sales, preferably within the IT, software, or management consulting industry.
    • Open-minded, enthusiastic, and willing to travel for client meetings.
    • A self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure and enjoys taking on responsibility.
    • Able to communicate successfully and build rapport with colleagues and customers, both in-person and remotely.
  • You have:
    • A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • A self-confident, professional, and empathetic demeanor.
    • The ability to work independently and in a focused manner.
    • Excellent, business-fluent knowledge of both German and English (written and verbal).
    • Experience or strong knowledge of the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, C/4HANA, etc.) is a significant advantage.
